stress

how to overcome stress?

is there even a way to overcome it? hmm... din know till i watch the show "Sponge" on astro... korean host show sumthing like tat...they discuss various of things...this is one of it...din really pay tat much attention to it la... but wit the experiment they did...i find it quite interesting...

Seems tat stress happens when one person become more sensitive. The more dehydrated u are, the more sensitive u’ll b… which is y… a solution to decrease stress is to drink more water! Proofed in Korea. too long to describe wat they did in the experiment la...unless u can find tat show "Sponge"

ppl usually think tat drinking coffee,tea...etc are like drinkin water...but its diff...

when u drink :

1 cup of coffee – dehydrate 2 cups of water (from body la)

1 cup of tea – dehydrate 1.5 cups of water

1 cup of isotonic drink – dehydrate 1.2 cups of water…

1 cup of water – dehydrate less than a cup.So keep u from dehydration!

Our body has 65% of liquid. So its essential to drink water not just to b healthy...but oso to be less stressed lor...

so to cut everything short... ppl! Even if its hard... DRINK MORE WATER!
