Health - Important Tips:
Answer the phone by LEFT ear (used to answer by the right ear... but I guess no diff since I seldom on phone~~)
Do not drink coffee more than TWICE a day (yes...limiting myself to once a day...sometimes 2~~)
Do not take pills with COOL water
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm (I think I just did... NON-STOP snackings~~)
Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night (I'm doing it vice-versa~~ how how??)
Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS
Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time (can exclude when I listen to mp3 each time I walk to class??? Wait.. I have class Mon-Fri...but Mon,Tues and Thurs would be the days which I listen in earphones most!!That means... 3 days/week.. still ok hor?)
Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning (O.o... recently been sleeping 1-2am to 8-10am on weekdays... skip 8am classes... and 1-3am to 12-1pm on weekends~~)
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times
OMG~~~ I just couldn't stop eating!!!! Had Ai Ting's spaghetti just now... quite big plate oso... I couldn't feel my stomach... ate nata de coco~~...then I ate the whole box of my tomato cherries... ok now I'm full... sit awhile...went to Hui Ching's room...for some snackies~~... back to my room...temptations... CHIPSMORE~!!... Now I'm totally fulled up...!!! Bloated already but still feel like eating something... guess been used to eating a lot recently~~ haha~~
