Yeap... Got my retainer today... cost my dad RM 400... hehe... consider cheap already because the dentist is my parents' friend. If other place would be RM 500...
The dentist seems to know that I like pink~! Haha... my previous one was blue. My eldest sister got a red one...
My teeth model... haha... looks ugly @@... Nearly suffocate when the dentist put the 'plaster/clay' in my mouth... because the nurse put too much, so when the dentist press it up the 'extra' kind of drop from behind and 'tickled' the back of my tongue..I coughed and felt suffocated... in short.. I guess I survived all that... haha.. it's hard to write out what happened... =P
My transparent RM 400 retainer... Now that I have to wear it 24/7 except when I eat... I felt uncomfy now~!!! Must wear till the next check up which is in 3 months time!Felt like my teeth is still moving... @@

oh yeah, retainers are uncomfortable. i remember my braces days and i actually prefered my braces over the retainers. but you'll get a hang of it. oh, and i had difficulty speaking. my Ts Ps and Ss sounded funny.

I was shocked when I found out a lot of people wore braces before. Of course I didn't notice till I was informed... =)
hahaha... I dun know if my pronunciation is correct or not but yesterday I did find it difficult to speak in the 'correct' way... haha I sounded more like a clown @@
