Well... yesterday we went to the Meditation Center in Lunas, where my 3rd aunt is currently staying... She has been meditating there for about a month already. She will be going home this Monday. So the ones who went there was only my 1st aunt and her husband, my mom, Shanny and me. We brought cartons of water and sweets to donate to them...We reached there at about 12pm+.
Meditation place where we meet one of the respected monk...he's a PhD holder... Or so my mom said...
This is where my aunt is staying... I guess it's like a hostel for people to live in while they meditate here... It's a small small room... Smaller than the rooms in UTP.
Didn't went in this building though...
Luckily the weather was fabulous that day... It did ease our journey after all... Took us 1 hr to go to Lunas and the roads are not well-maintained.
Something I took for fun... I don't know why but the tree looked a bit like a human body(on the right) ... except the extra long neck...
The entrance... viewed from behind...haha lazy want to walk out under the sun for the front view... =P
Another building...didn't went in there either...
Wonder what is the plant on this tree... the small round ones... they're not fruits... @@"
One of the paintings... really nice and detailed...
After we met with the respected monk... I managed to take pic of the place... We met the monk in a small room behind this one...
These paintings were painted in all corners in that room... It really is colourful and nicely painted... It made the room look so much better! XD
Me, 3rd aunt, mom, 1st aunt and her husband... (Shanny camera woman)
Since we're in Lunas... We shouldn't miss the chance to eat their famous DUCK! (My uncle said that... I didn't know it at all...)
This is the shop! Well it's the only place crowded with people... No wonder since it's famous with it's duck! Lunas town was quite small you see... So I never expected to find famous cookings here... Luckily I went that day!!! XD~~

The two shoplets were flooded with people... Not an empty table found! So keng! Luckily when we reached, there's a family who were just about to leave.
The famous duck! It's really soft and tasty!!! Somewhat tasted like chicken... I thought ducks are very hard to chew... Only to know only ducks from China are hard to chew... =P~~
Looks like 'Ngai Chui Kai' just that this one is made with ducks... The tauge was nice too but I think I prefer the ones in Ipoh - 'Ngai Chui Kai'...
The 'Kiam Chai Teng' (I think it's called that) ... was super spicy and delicious!!! Salty enough for me! Haha... Each time you drink it... you'll feel like your throat is burning...because it's very spicy... yet because of the saltiness that makes me want to drink it more... hmm... Just hard to explain~~ XD~~
Just got back from a friend's birthday party just now! I didn't believe who I met! It was so shocking! Yet I really enjoyed myself tonight... More to post tomorrow... =)
