S.O.S!!!

Well... after calling Dell again and consulting them... I noticed that I actually didn't install all of the drivers... a bit of misunderstanding there... =P~~

So I was on the phone from 11am-12.30pm... 1pm-2pm... My left ear felt so hot! @.@
So after all these talking and installing and stuffs... I thought my laptop will be okay and totally recover ... since I missed certain drivers which I didn't install...

But then... while I was downloading certain softwares I needed... seems that the same problem occur again. My display screen started turning light pink...

My mouse cursor is then stuck... the whole laptop hanged... then the whole screen turn black... and after awhile... the windows came back 'alive'... and there's a pop up saying that my display driver stopped functioning and has recovered... @.@

The clouds are not suppose to be pink! @.@

Oh well... after describing what had happened again... the girl told me that, this coming Monday they will send people over to change my video card.

Hurray! A new video card! After so many calls! (=.=)"

After awhile... another call to my handphone... Dell Center from KL (I didn't know there's a center in KL? 03 is KL right? @.@) ... they said their engineers/workers... are coming straight tomorrow... ^^

That's FAST service!

No more Monday!
Good news for me since my cousin will be coming on Sunday...
Probably will be out whole Monday!

Anyway... after that... another call to home from the girl I talked to earlier about my XPS... she called to inform me about tomorrow and to recorrect herself... seems that I had purchased warranty for 3 yrs I think or something else I forgot... so they will come straight tomorrow... Such nice people... =P~~

Well this is the second time Dell is coming around to my house!

I love DELL!!!

And I love their services! (>.o)V
Thank goodness I had 3 yrs warranty... =)
