Finally... PENANG!

Ever since I came back I didn't have the chance to go to Penang!

Well... because my parents are quite busy and stuffs...
So since my cousin(WX) is here... 3 of us went down!

Got to ride WX's new car!

Honda Airwave

Hmm... this car was imported from Japan to Singapore. Since he's a Singaporean~~ so he bought this! It seems that Malaysia doesn't have this yet...
S $69k... XD~~

According to WX, a Honda City + a Honda Jazz = BAM!

As you can see... The car is quite big... bigger than Jazz... and of course it's very spacious inside!

His car also has a moon roof...

WX wanted to go to Penang by ferry and so... we went on the ferry!
We saw this car full of jackfruit!

The car must smell really really sweet!

So when we reached Penang... most of the time I need to direct my cousin... Actually I myself am not familiar with the road in Penang... So we did turn around in circles at first...
But luckily we managed to find the place!

Our destination was the BMW center... Auto Bavaria... The only one in Penang...

My cousin had to meet up with an uncle about some stuffs...

So we were just looking around at the BMW cars and I enjoyed taking pictures of them!
It's a really rad place! I love the cars~!!!
And it's so so, of course, expensive!

There's one car I fell in love with when I first went in there...

BMW Z4... sport car!!!
It is so so DAMN CHUN!

The inner side of the car is fabulous as well!
Just that I'm not really fond of yellow... if it's red it'll be really really sporty and cool!
And it won't get dirty easily... =P

BMW motorcycles~... It is so so AWESOME!

The uncle asked us to help ourselves in the pantry while waiting for one of his friends...
Since my cousin had some business stuffs with them...

We got to make our own instant Espresso or coffee!
Okay, I'm not familiar with such things... I've not seen such coffee/espresso maker too...

The coffee/espresso is the picture on the top right... there's 5 types...
Just choose which flavor you want!
It's very easy to make the drinks actually... yes, I know~~
Let's just skip that details ya?

That's considered as our lunch for the day... =D

After that, WX went for a test drive of the BMW 525i.... Latest model I guess...
So of course we followed!

All the BMW cars for test drive...

The engine didn't even purred... there's no sound at all! Talk about smooth driving~!
This car is damn expensive for sure... RM 400k++~~

Everything inside are just buttons... it's really easy...
You just need to press the buttons and that's it!
The gear too... you don't even have to move the gear like in auto cars 'nowadays'... just move it once or twice and press the button... that's what I was told~~

There's a GPS too... it really comes in handy esp for us who are not familiar with the road...
It has the map of the whole Malaysia and Singapore...
You get to check your car conditions with that too... It'll show you when the engine oil is finishing or etc... That reminds me of the FYP of a student in our uni...

When you reverse or turn... if there's an obstacle around... it'll show a picture of the car and highlight which corner of the car is very near to the obstacles... that way, you will look out for that particular corner more... They didn't have the reverse camera though...
And when you're reversing... the side mirrors will adjust automatically to show you the back of the tyre, so that it's easier to reverse.

It's fantabulous!!! The car is really really stable! When you're driving 120 km/h... you don't have to step on the break to slow down... Just turn at that speed... it's sort of like... drifting! Those sitting at the back seat doesn't feel a thing... The car is still firmly attached to the road... You might hear the skid sound of the tyre though... But in short... the whole car didn't even shake... Really stable and steady...

I don't have to talk about the emergency break... at 120 km/h and sudden break... it's like sitting a roller coaster... you can feel the tyre and the car is still holding on... you don't fly to the front at least... =)

Haizzz... don't know got to work how long to own such cars... can even buy a house already~~

After enjoying ourselves, we headed down for a movie in Queensbay Mall... We watched the 'Made of Honour' movie... Really nice and funny!

Then we went for pizza... in Pizza Hut...
7 words of advice...
DO NOT GO TO THAT PIZZA HUT!
It sucks to the max!
I don't know why but the food served is terrible...

We tried the new pizza... tasted normal to me... just extra bread + sausages... The pizza still tasted ok...
The meatball thingy we ordered... it's DEFINITELY A NO-NO!

First of all... it is BURNT! And you can see the oil every where! I can't imagine how's that gonna do to my body and health!!! And that dish wasn't even HOT! It's cold already... maybe they forgot to serve it and it's left on the counter or something...

The breadsticks served earlier... it's cold, hard and there's a smell ... OMG!
This felt worst than the one around my uni there!
Isn't there a health officer or something to inspect these things?
Geezzz~~...

We visited our aunt and uncle after the horrible meal... And then headed to my eldest sis' place... She rented a room in an apartment... It's a nice place... and very near to the Penang bridge. Very easy to go back to SP anytime!

After all that... it's getting late and so we headed home and call it a day~...
And my cousin's mom- my aunt and daughter (the other cousin) shared and bought a Honda FIT... So nice... Hope I get to sit that car too soon! =P
