Breakfast in Kampar

Had to wake up early today...
Went to Kampar for breakfast at 8.15am! (There goes my Sat's sleeping time~~)
Reached at approximately 9am...

The opposite road is the morning market... but I didn't go there to see~~

Had breakfast here! It looks small from the outside... But when I stepped inside... WOW!

There were too many stalls.... and people walking around...
So didn't managed to capture the entire place~~

Just like any other places...
You gotta sit at the place where you order... I don't really like these kinda rules because it's hard for us to decide where to sit... If we come in a big group... some might want to try other food... Then should we sit separately? XD

At first, didn't know about this... so just sat randomly...
Until a lady came and ask me what would I want to order...
And she said that gotta sit at the place the food is ordered accordingly...

Before that... I ordered drinks already... and I had to shift tables...
I guess the guy who serves the drinks was looking frantically all over... Hahaha... suddenly customer ordered and *poof*... into thin air...

But called him after that and finally sat at the table near the drink stall... because
the 'HK Chee Cheong Fun' that area...there's another drink stall there...
So couldn't just simply bring in drinks from another stall...

I understand why they make it this way but it's really a pain in the *ss
to find a place to sit and eat!!!

When I was trying to take the picture... the guy opened the steamer and all the steam gushed out! So that explains the picture... hehe
The 'chee cheong fun' is so so thin!

It's steamed with a cloth... (Circled in pink)... Then they need to peel it off from the cloth...

And rolled it up~~... Sorry the steam just wouldn't stop ~~(Can't really see at the arrow)

My breakfast for today... The 'HK Chee Cheong Fun' is VERY NICE!
It's so soft and the taste is just so fine... The Nescafe was just nice for me... Perak do serve the best coffee around!

Don't remember what is this called... I don't think it's 'Lou Mai Kai' because there's no chicken just plain 'pulut'~~...
First time eat it with curry sauce... not bad! Was very full already after I had this...

Then had another plate of 'Char Kuey Teow'... I'm bloated... hahaha
But the kuey teow was a disappointment...
There's no taste to it... Still my place had the best kuey teow ever... haha
Use charcoal to cook one!

But anyway... The people there didn't really look friendly...
Maybe it's a normal thing to them but to me it looks a bit rude...
@@ ... Maybe it's the way they talk to the customers...

Oh oh! Btw...

I spotted an old lady with really shinning and healthy hair! The moment she walked and sat in front of me... I couldn't helped but to notice her hair... Try guess which lady...

Even my hair isn't as shiny as hers! Haha... and it doesn't look like it's dyed... Compared to the other aunties sitting behind her (yes the lady in the red shirt)... their hair are so so diff! The others can see that it's dyed...

Her's were just natural colour ... No white hair... @@
Well... if she really did do something to it I wouldn't know but it looks real!!!
Her hair is not even dry due to the dye... if she did dye it...

Oh well... wanted to buy the durian by the roadside... but it didn't look so fresh... and I'm full!
Too bad... maybe next time...
Kampar is BIG! Not as big as Ipoh but it's BIG! I thought it would be like Batu Gajah... XD
I think it's bigger than Bt Gajah~~

Hope to go there again someday! Can't find the mini egg tarts TH bought last time... @@
