Char Goh (Min Fan)

Today our leng luis Jia Min and Ai Ting cooked some super delicious meals for us!
The guy in Labuan out there... eat your heart out! =P
Hehehe... it's been awhile since the EE actually had some free time to cook a meal together...

Today they cooked something called Char Goh... it's Min Fan la...
And seriously.. I have never saw or eaten this before...
Believe it or not it's up to you!
I asked my mom about it...

Me : Mi, what is min fan?
Mom : Wah... who's cooking min fan? So keng... *lol*
Me : Ai Ting and Jia Min
Mom : Oh... *explain explain* = something like 'kuey teow teng' ... Famous in Johor ma. Your dad loves to eat one...
Me : I eat before bo?
Mom : Bo...
Me: XD

So... this is Ai Ting.. 'uli' the dough~~

We had 'cili padi' too!

'Dong ku'... mushroom~~

This is breaking the dough to small parts and dipped it into the soup~~

Final outcome!

My first time eating this... and it's cooked by my housemates! So cool!
And yeah it's nice! I enjoyed it lots!
