COMPLAINS - JUSCO, BKT MERTAJAM

Today at 2pm my sisters and me suddenly decided to go down to Jusco at Bkt Mertajam again...

Everything was well... from the part we went shopping to dinner and more shopping...

We had dinner at Black Canyon again...

Sis tried this drink while I chose...

Vienna... didn't know got extra biscuits and jasmine tea with it~~

I'm gonna try different coffee each time I go to Black Canyon!

Spent nearly RM200 today...

This was on sale!

And this... well... I need a new one for running and going to class! 

The old Reebok can retire already~~

Anyway now that I'm broke, that's another story la kan...

So all was well until... I took my receipt to the

INFORMATION SERVICE COUNTER

to claim a Disney calendar where we can get after purchasing any items worth more than RM100...

I wanted to ask one of the ladies a ques...

Me: Kak, nak tanya sikit pasal kalendar Disney ni...

Lady: *Look at my hand... snatch my receipt... chop here and there... threw the calendar on the counter to me*

Me: *SHOCKED WITH SUCH AMAZING SERVICES*

Only found in the INFORMATION SERVICE COUNTER of JUSCO, BKT MERTAJAM...

There were 2 Malay workers (ladies) at that counter and the other girl also treated my eldest sister very rudely earlier... and here is the conversation between my eldest sis and me:

Sis: Just now was this girl who was rude to me... You better proceed with the other girl

Me: *Came back from the counter-PISSED* *Complains... Yada yada yada~~*

Sis: Ya, the other girl who attended to me just now also talk very rudely to me...

Me: At least that one talked to you... This one doesn't even open her mouth! 

Really!!! I mean what kind of bad services is this??? And they wrote there must work with a warm smile and be friendly to the customers... BS!

Well... other depts are ok except just for that particular INFORMATION SERVICE COUNTER!!!

I am so pissed just now! And why do they have such people at the ISC?!?!?!

Name also service... must be good la!

I wanted to take the calendar and *left right* and walk off... WTH...

Should have asked for their names and take their pics...

Hmph!

Arghhhhh.... and holiday is ending soon!!! 

My worries are haunting me already!!! 

Work work work!!! 

Studies studies studies!!!!
