Last few weeks Ang Khian asked me to help her burn FRIENDS...

That is when I realized I couldn't burn any DVDs or CDs...

Don't know when it started because earlier I can burn without a problem...

So called Dell yesterday to lodge the report...

Their engineer is coming over to at 12pm!

Efficient efficient...

Another new part for my lappy...

I'm not sure if it's the software problem or the hardware itself...

But since it's still under warranty...

Hehehe... it's been issued a new part...

Hopefully can work!

That's why I love to buy Dell...

One call and they could come over asap the next day to fix my problem...

If you purchase the 3 yrs warranty.. =)

Not to mention... staying in SP makes it even easier! LOL...

Needed to reformat as well... 

I had a feeling my laptop is infected by virus!

CPU usage shoots up to 100% for quite some time and it's damn laggy...

Luckily the guy was good enough to come over to my place first since I'll be leaving to KL tomorrow...

Gonna talk a whole day to reformat... 

Shall update again whenever I could!
