Jusco is from?

It all started with;

Me: I don't buy Tesco manufactured goods...
E: Tesco is from UK.
Me:Really??? (I always thought only Malaysia)...

Drove heading to Shabu-Shabu ... after go kart turn left at that traffic light!...and we saw Giant! Giant in that kinda place!!! I forgot the name of the area... (=____=)" ...

Someone asked: Giant is from where?
E: Malaysia

Me: Then Jusco is from where?
A(without hesitation) : JAPAN!

Silence in the car... and everyone started laughing... is it because Jusco (J) so comes from Japan(J)?

KA: Then Parkson come from where?
Me: Penang... P and P haha...
A: No la, I am very sure its Japan.
