Is there any other word for headache???

I nearly exploded yesterday but luckily I managed to cool myself down...
Nothing is perfect in this world, yes I know...
And which is why I appreciate my group members for being cooperative and helpful enough...
Not complaining that we have frequent meetings...
Always tried their best and also have a sense of humour...
I thought I was blessed having such members... BUT...
The BUT always comes around...

Imagine the group as a patch of garden...
Somehow while you were gardening, you found a rotten seed...
What would you do?

It's not like I mean that BAD ... I do understand the good will but somehow it looked different...
And with the attitude and the way one talks... it sometimes shows it all!
Being in the 3rd yr already... I thought one would be mature enough to actually think things through before blurting everything out in the mouth!
If I wanted to be as unprofessional... I would have 'cekik' the fella right on the spot!

Sigh... Just a small matter I encountered... Didn't want to actually describe the whole scene... but something isn't right in my group... it's just that...
Just hope everything goes well and ends well...
I really need some blessings here!!! TT_TT
