So on the 13 July 08 - I had 2 bus trips that day... It wasn't that tiring since I was sleeping on the bus! XD... I departed from SP in the morning and reached Gopeng in the afternoon. Lucky for me, I contacted a dear friend of mine, Ariff... to pick me up and keep me company for half a day...
Hehe... of course have to reward him for troubling him! A lunch at Kenny Rogers... @.@ ...
Well, couldn't have thanked him more. We 'lepak' around the mall for awhile and went for a movie to kill time. And there was one movie that sounded familiar to me... War of the Dragons... I remembered I watched it BEFORE!!! I looked at the poster and the serpents looked a little different and so I thought it was a different movie... So we went to that movie...
When the show started... The VERY 1st MIN it's played... I told Ariff... 'Oh GOD!!! It's the EXACT same show I had watched!" ... Of course, the one I watched at home the last year or so... wasn't as clear as in cinema... But honestly...it's a boring show!
Okay okay... I've gone waaaayyyy before the trip details... In short all of us(Me, Ai Ting-AT, Boon How-BH, Kian Chiew-KC) gathered in Mc D in Gopeng and had travelled for 6 hrs to reach Jerteh. We bought the ticket to Kuala Terengganu actually... Luckily I called the lady in charged first to know where do I get down and stuffs... She was kind and good actually... She opens her little agency at 4am....
But when we reached at 4am ++... There are 2 guys waiting there to bring people to their destination... Not taxi though... RM 30 from Jerteh to the Kuala Besut jetty... And the shocking part... was that this driver... at first he looked normal... as he drove something wasn't exactly right.
For awhile he sped till 100+ km/hr... the road was EMPTY of course... LUCKY for that! Then we came to a straight road... and the traffic light was green... He was driving at 60km/hr... we thought there was camera installed somewhere for speed trap...but it's not!

Just a simple illustration... I don't remember if there were shops on the right but the PETRONAS station was there!!! Earlier he pumped only RM10 for the fuel... as he drove the light was blinking... so we thought maybe that explains why he was driving slowly... and turned there to go to the petrol station... and he nearly bang the blue sign(with the white arrow) on the divider! BH was sitting in the front... so he was SHOCKED to death! lol...
But then again, he turned back to the other side of the road and not into Petronas. @.@
Then he suddenly blast the radio... Very weird leh~!!! And he asked BH what time is it...
But in the end, we FINALLY reached in ONE PIECE! Safe and sound! When we reached, we saw him rubbing his eyes... knocking his head a bit...He was SLEEPY!!!
So folks! Never drive when you're sleepy... Luckily none of us have heart attacks! Hehehe... *touchwood*
That's the agency. We arrived 4.30am++ and she wasn't there yet. So we waited...After she arrived, we settled some stuffs and then walked around for while...
Came to a Malay stall and had some drinks...
The Nescafe and Milo was nice! As BH said, "Wah, it tasted like the old times... Nostalgic ehhh..." Some how it reminded him of his younger days when he drank the Milo... AT and me enjoyed our Nescafe as well... just nice... except maybe not hot enough... it was lukewarm only~~ I forgot what KC ordered... XD
The boat was scheduled to be at 7am... So~~
Sun rise~~... 30 mins from the jetty to Perhentian Island...
I spotted a cutie!!! He's so cuteeeee.... of course he's so much younger~~... I mean the right one in this pic... hehe =P
This is our resort~~ Arwana Perhentian Resort. I managed to find this package cheap! Well... for Perhentian Island I would say cheapest of all... RM 368/nett. Everything is included once you are in the KB jetty until you are back to the KB jetty~~
Supposed to check in at 12pm... But we arrived at about 7.40am++ ...somehow they allowed us to check in earlier... Lucky!

Our room... 5004... Directly in front of the swimming pools!!! Can jump in anytime! Since the package we took was a family package... the room consists of a double bed and 2 single beds~~... Ladies get the bigger bed! In front of air conditioner~~ LOL!!
After bathed and slept for awhile... we went to the beach!
Extra 1 leg~~ Guess who?
It's so nice to sleep here!!! With shady trees and the breeze~~ See! BH is enjoying himself... he's smiling while sleeping~~ Sweet dreams eh? =P
This little girl on the right is very VERY CUTE!!!! She's a mix... that's the mother on the bottom left picture... The sand castle was built by them~~
Lunch time!!! Gotta fill yer stomach before snorkeling! The buffet was good... Especially during breakfast and dinner... =)

They're fishes!!! Millions and millions of them! It's so nice when they swim pass you!
We also saw turtles! Lucky us! There were 2 of them! Just like a pair of lovers...

After snorkeling, we went for tea breaks and headed to the pool!
